XChange 2024 - The event for digital innovation and exchange

We at 4brands Reply took part in this year’s Xchange of the Reply Group. The annual event brings together experts and professionals from the digital industry to discuss the latest trends and innovations, share best practices and take advantage of networking opportunities. The Xchange is an opportunity for participants to network with like-minded people and share ideas with the aim of transforming businesses digitally.

Key Facts: This year’s event took place in the three cities of Milan, London and Munich and provided an overview of digital transformation and how it is possible for companies to remain competitive through innovative technologies.

Key topics: The following topics were covered: Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability and Green Tech, Software Engineering, Data World and many more. Experts held talks, workshops and discussions to provide insights into the future of the digital world.

Highlights: A special highlight of the Xchange was the “Death Match”, where passionate tech debates on current trending topics took place. Participants were able to actively participate and demonstrate their expertise. In the “Meet the Expert Area”, there was the opportunity to have one-to-one conversations with experts and gain special insights.

⭐️ Our personal highlight: As one of the experts for digital value chains in the consumer goods industry, we at 4brands gave a digital customer presentation with our long-standing customer Bitburger. Under the title “The Road to euro2024 – Data driven Success with composable CX @biturger”, Dr. Klaus-Christian Maßen, Head of Data, Analytics & Data Science (Bitburger) and Eva Fischedick, Senior Manager Customer Experience and Project Manager (Reply) spoke about the recently implemented project for the European Football Championship, sponsored by Bitburger. In order to be in the best possible position for this major event, Bitburger focused on providing a unique brand experience through hyper-personalized and value-adding direct interaction with consumers. We helped Bitburger to implement complex use cases tailored to individual needs with the composable Customer Data Platform (cCDP) we developed, such as the crown cap campaign, in which consumers had the chance to win various prizes after purchasing Bitburger beer. Even though we were only able to show excerpts from the project, the importance of cCDPs for a future-proof customer journey and customer experience became clear.

Overall, Xchange 2024 was an exciting and inspiring event for us. We were able to benefit from the latest trends and best practices and made new contacts. We look forward to attending Xchange again in the future and remain excited about the upcoming developments in the digital world.
